Shorter session today — the schools are back in the pool and there’s not as much time on Fridays. Just 1,900m today. Distance this year: 15,800m

Another 2km today. Perhaps a little faster than earlier in the week, so that’s looking positive. Could be back to old ways soon, hopefully. Distance this year: 13,900m
