Including forgetting to take a reading in the afternoon. Today I submitted my most recent weekly set of BP readings for the GP. We’ll see what he comes back with.

Readings from today. If anything they’re a little higher in the morning and evening than I’ve been getting recently. At least my heart rate wasn’t quite as crazy in the afternoon. I’ve no idea what triggers it though.
