Sometimes I do wonder what the Met Office are thinking

From today’s forecast: So, at midday they’re showing a less than 5% chance of precipitation, but showing a “showers” icon. Then from 1pm there’s a 20% chance of precipitation, but no “showers” icon. Errr, what?
