Another tomato harvest today. I’m trying to get into the habit of picking anything that’s ripe every time I go into the polytunnel so that I don’t end up with overripe tomatoes that drop onto the ground and squidge.

A small harvest from today. Plenty of different tomatoes beginning to ripen, and our first courgette. May the glut commence! πŸ˜€ I also spent a little time picking blackberries. I shall pick more in a week or so.

A bit limp in the evening

These cucumber plants, that is. They get decently watered regularly, but they’re suffering in the heat almost as much as I am. Still, the important thing is that cucumbergeddon is approaching πŸ˜€ Shame the photo is out of focus πŸ™
