Today’s harvest from the plot.
The asparagus is pretty much expected, but the potatoes came from the sacks that I planted up in the greenhouse back in January. In the process of harvesting them I de-homed quite a few ants that were quite upset about it. The peas are actually from a few pods I collected off the peas for shoots that have been in the polytunnel. They’re now past harvesting for shoots, so the plants are on their way to the compost bin and I “rescued” the few pods that I found.
