And back to normal…
Yes, I forgot the evening reading again 😀 Everything pretty much where I expect it to be otherwise though.
A very tough day
Started fine in the morning, but 128/94 is way too low for me to cope with and the afternoon was basically a write-off. Things didn’t get much better in the evening, either 🙁 I can’t claim to be very happy … Continue reading
Another blood test and a shock
I was given an appointment with one of the nurses at the surgery to have blood taken for more tests. Not entirely sure why, but I was told it was a requirement that it be done before 9am. I know … Continue reading
Well that’s poor
Clearly I was so disgusted with this reading that I didn’t bother for the rest of the day.
A full set!
No, not a beard and moustache, I’m not a Navy boy. I just managed my three BP readings for today. Almost a cause for celebration 😀 I’m fairly happy with these. Whether the GP will be or not remains to … Continue reading
Not doing well with the evening readings at the moment
But morning and mid-afternoon are pretty much where I expect. It’s kind of reassuring when readings are consistent, but not so great that I’m starting to struggle once my BP gets down into the 140s.
A bit wobbly in the afternoon
Forgot the evening reading again, but the morning reading was pretty much where I now expect it to be. My body just can’t cope with 114/80 though.
An improvement (from my point of view)
Another day, another forgotten reading in the evening, but I can at least cope with 140. It’s not enjoyable, but it doesn’t leave me completely wasted. Just mostly 😀
It’s all going a bit Pete Tong
Getting close to the limit in the morning, a hideous drop in the afternoon which I did mostly spend lying on the sofa, either awake, daydreaming or asleep, and then I forgot in the evening.
A confusing letter from the NHS
Not the National Honey Show 🙂 The National Health Service. At our last meeting my GP said that I should go for an ECG and an ultrasound scan of my kidneys. I thought he was going to organise the former … Continue reading
