I can’t deny that I was a fan of the “Lewis” television series and I very much enjoyed the interplay between Lewis and James Hathaway. Sadly Laurence Fox must have got worms in his brain or something and decided that however unpleasant a politician could be, he would be more so.
And so we end up in a situation where he feels the need to run as a candidate in the pointless Clacton by-election that Froggy Farridge has forced due to feeling that he’s not making himself look enough of a pillock already. Rightly so, the far-from-fabulous Mr. Fox is being given a serious virtual kicking on social media as a result.
My eye was however caught by the following comment on the cesspit formerly known as Twitter:
We are talking about the same group of people who voted for Farridge to be their MP in the first place, no?
