Another late session rather than my usual lunchtime slot thanks to timetable rearrangements during the school holidays. I did the same set as last time again: having had five days off I thought that was probably sensible.
It showed too, at least in the 50m set. My times were a little slower than for the previous session, though not so bad I’d complain about it. Most were still 48s or 49s with one 50s rep.
The 25m set went pretty well — an improvement on recent performances with seven of the twelve reps I had time for being under 20s, so I was happy with that.
One more session for this week and then the sports centre closes over the New Year holidays. It’s a shame to have missed so much swimming time this year.
