Tri session today. The set was:
8 lengths swim
6 x 2 lengths maintaining stroke count, 30 seconds rest
3 x 12 lengths, 60 seconds rest
6 x 1 length catchup, 15 seconds rest
8 lengths swim down
Having spent all of Sunday coaching I was fairly tired to start with and the three four hundreds left me absolutely exhausted. I did manage to complete everything but two lengths of the swim down though, so I was fairly pleased.
