I just planned to do a front crawl and kick swim today. There was definite tiredness in my arms and back from the 8,500m I’d already done this week, but once I’d got going it really wasn’t too bad and taking the time available right down to the wire (the swim school in the next session were installing the lane dividers as I swam my last length) I managed to complete 3km.
