Pretty much more of the same as I’ve been doing all week today, though my session was shortened by the fact that we had to wait ten minutes from the start of the session before a life guard was available 🙁 I was hoping to do another 3km today, but only managed 2,800m. The extra ten minutes would have made it easy.
