Incubating eggs update, Day 12

I weighed the egg trays again today. The weights of the eggs this time are 1055g for the Suro incubator and 1062g for the Brinsea, giving losses of 91g and 101g or 7.9% and 8.7%. At this point I’d be looking for between 6.9% and 8.2% so the Brinsea is still on the high side, but I’m quite happy with the Suro. I might try to bring the humidity up a bit more in the Brinsea by filling both the water channels and reducing the ventilation a bit more to try to reduce the weight loss a little.
