Readings from the last few days. I’m not aware that there’s any obvious reason for the differences. Seems bonkers that they’re so radically different.

Side effects of my BP meds, #8192: Coffee with milk. Tastes absolutely horrible now. I’ve started drinking it black instead. Seems a very strange thing to have happened, but perhaps health-wise it’s not the end of the world.

This morning. Having had readings in the low 140s two and three days previously… It’s just deeply confusing.

And just out of interest, took my BP again. So, yesterday it was 143/100 with a heart rate of 101 and this morning it is 144/134 with a heart rate of 78. Make it make sense?
