It’s so hot today that I’ve taken to removing something from the fridge every half hour or so, just for the waft of cold air that comes out 😀

Normally I don’t worry too much about “best before” dates on food. If it kills me, I won’t be complaining about it. I think this ricotta cheese might have gone a bit too far though.
