Obviously after being given a lovely loaf of bread yesterday I had to use it for sandwiches this lunchtime. There was some bacon that needed using and we almost always have eggs because we “grown our own”, so bacon, fried egg and HP sauce sandwiches it was!
The bread is absolutely gorgeous, I can’t deny. Even the day after baking it smells fantastic when it is cut and it has so much flavour.
