Woohoo! Today I passed the 400km mark for the year. Very pleased. A quick check from last year puts me just over 63km ahead of where I was on the same day. Today I did 2km front crawl as 8 x 250m, then worked on fly kick a but more and finished off with some 50m front crawl swims working on the turn, for a total of 2,500m.
